Dr Yuen is a PHD who has researched on process of mediation and the process research in her thesis become the only "Buddhist Mediation Model" that is taught in the world. Since 2002, Dr Yuen has been a visiting professor at the University of Hong Kong where she teaches the unique “Buddhist Mediation Model” for postgraduate students. Dr Yuen has extensive experience in mediating family and business disputes. In Hong Kong, she is also one of the very first pioneers in promoting mediation since 1994.

Ms Chow is proficient in applying mediation theories in practical work, including staff management, corporate operation and customer service. Ms Chow has been teaching mediation for more than 20 years.
