Advanced Seminar on Interdisciplinary Interpersonal Conflict Mediation Techniques (Phase 1) - Jointly Organized by Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School & Conflict Resolution Centre (CRC)

We are proud to announce the successful conclusion of the first Advanced Seminar on Interdisciplinary Interpersonal Conflict Mediation Techniques.

This premier training program brought together an elite lineup of cross-border experts to deliver world-class instruction, featuring:

- Dr. Helena Yuen Chan SY – PhD (HKU) & Solicitor

- Associate Professor Dr. Liu Haihua – PhD in Psychology (Peking University)

- Deputy Research Fellow Dr.  Liu Dan – PhD in Psychology (Tsinghua University)

Over three intensive days of study, participants engaged in deep-dive sessions covering interest-based negotiation models, advanced reframing strategies, and high-conflict scenario management. The curriculum also feature a forward-looking exploration of AI-assisted communication tools designed to elevate modern dispute resolution.
